Falsely AdvertisedThis item was not as described. It was not an Apple Ipod. It took almost a month for me to receive the item and when I did recieve it the Ipod did not work properly. The programming was not compatable with Itunes and the battery would not hold a charge. It would not play music either. I took it to an Apple store and they would not even look at it because it was a fake. The seller has yet to respond to my e-mai about returning the unit. My suggestion - only purchase from a reputable source.

It was very clean and wasn't scratched bumped or there was not any markings on it.I loved it because it was in good condition. The seller was accurate on the shipping arrival. I am satisfied because it was just like how I expected it to be.
