Apple iPod nano 2nd Generation Silver (4 GB) MP3 Player

I found an ipod that I liked. I checked to see that the seller was from the United States and that he/she had good reviews. He had good reviews and was from the United States. I bid on and won the item. I used paypal. A few minutes after I won the item and paid with paypal, I received and email from ebay security. They told me that they took this seller off and not to converse with him outside of ebay. I obeyed and did not converse with him outside of ebay. After a few weeks, I received the item. This item was from China, not the U.S. It was not as advertised, it was a counterfeit, it did not work, it was blue, and it came from China. I contacted ebay and paypal and I had to pay $18.50 out of my own pocket to mail this back to China. I have not heard from paypal or ebay yet about getting my money back. Also, I should not have to pay ANYTHING (namely, the postage) since ebay should have made sure this seller was not committing fraud.
