Apple iPod nano 2nd Generation Pink (4 GB) MP3 Player

I purchased this through a "Buy it now" auction and received a knock off IPOD. Immediately after I had concluded the transaction, Ebay sent me an email stating they were canceling the auction and to contact pay pal about a possible fraudulent listing. I went to the resolution center, filed a dispute, and was told that nothing could be done. I have since contacted pay pal to attempt to find a resolution to this issue and they are still working on it. Ebay, by cancelling the auction and removing the listing (although they did say someone was using another's ID) gave me no way to track the item and when it was received about 5 days later, it was a complete fake. I took it to the Apple store in my area and received an official evaluation from apple that it was bogus.

I have yet to hear from Ebay or Pay pal as to resolving this matter.
