When I bought the ipod everything looked good. The item arrived unwrapped and looked to be brand new. After trying the software iit ended up not working and after looking at the sellers page, it informed us that there were no returns. I find this alittle suspisious and we were very upset with our alternative, which was going through the apple store and tring to get the thing fixed. Very frusterating and time consuming as well.
