Used iPod works ok but has bad battery.

I got this iPod for on the go listening and so I would not have to carry my cd's in my car. The iPod functions work great. My only complaint is the bad battery. I can only get about 45 minutes out of a full charge. I ended up getting another (brand new) one and keeping this one just for use in the radio transmitting car charger. My advice, buy new.
