Apple iPod classic 4th Generation from HP (20 GB) MP3 Player

I bought this iPod about 6 weeks ago. It is very easy to use. I was able to load over 250 songs on it the first night using the iTunes program that comes with it. Since then I have loaded over 120 Old Time Radio Shows. I love being able to carry all of this media with me. So far I haven't found anything that I don't like about it. It has all the same features at the regular iPod 20gb. From what I understand it's only restriction is that you can't use it with a MAC. For the amount of space available on it and the cost being lower, since iPod has newer versions, I would definately recommend this product to anyone who would like an iPod but doesn't have the money for one of the newer versions. I've seen several on eBay, brand new, for under $150.00 and they are definately worth it. Good Luck and have fun !!!

Highly recommended! I love it! The click wheel is an innovation, it works with PC's, and it holds 5,000 songs. What more could you want?

The unit was scratched, did not work and it took several emails to get the refund 2 months later. I had won bids on 2 other ipods and never received the first. I got $175 back on my $240. Although I had used Pay Pal they would not refund the money and ebay only insures up to $175. The other ipod turned out to be a scam but I had not transferred the money when I found out.

ive never recieved the product. i was told that the auction was terminated due to fraud on be half of the seller . i still have not recieved my money back nor have i recieved the product . and im leary to do further buisness with ebay .

This iPod has a nice weight and is just the right size to fit in your hand. The battery lasts quite awhile when a new one is put in. 20gb is good for most standard users, but be prepared to select your songs manually if you have more than 20gb and you don't want to spend more on a bigger hard drive. The internals are laid out nicely and everything is easy to get to... This iPod uses the older IDE hard drives, so think of that before upgrading!Also, don't drop the iPod onto hard floor. It will kill the hard drive and you will need to replace it. If you are prone to dropping stuff, consider an iPod nano or shuffle! Overall, this is a great iPod! Don't hesitate to buy it!

It was exactly as described and more... The library of music on the ipod and the amount of music was awesome. It needed minor repair but found it easy to do myself and was not that expensive either.

Works great had some problems initially downloading music but ipod works and sounds greaat controls easy to use

Same as 5th Generation except smaller screen, plain font. 20 GB ipod for $37 bucks couldn't pass it up. For the age of this model Ipod it is very user friendly. I bought one for my mother and one for my wife and they love their Ipods. Loading and organizing these units with music or audio books is super easy with i-tunes or even windows media player with optional ipod software addition that I found for free download on the web. The battery life gives about 8 hours of continues music before needing to recharge. The touch wheel is so cool and the different menu options that you have make this player so simple to replay and navigate around your favorite tunes. I would recommend Ipod to anyone.

i like the simplicity. monochrome screen, simple backlight, and the buttons are easy to use. with the dock connector, which is a recently new feature when this ipod first emerged, is very helpful for once you buy it, that same USB cable used to sync the ipod, can be plugged into many aftermarket radio decks, AC converters, and much more. there are also so many more accessories such as the iHome, speaker towers and much more that work with this ipod. this ipod is for the person who wants one, but doesn't need to pay $300 for basically, a color screen, 100gb bigger HDD, and can choose between silver or black. i think the original white ipods are the best, andi would never buy one that is newer than 4th generation.

I am not a fan of the new ITouch and all the apps etc. I prefer the classics. Great for surfing and finding what you need quickly plus hearty enough to handle being dropped and banged around.

i believe that this equipment never work ok. at the description indicate that was working. this is not working. i lost my money. ebay should have a process where all this equipment should be revised before put the equipment to bid

The IPOD worked for a few hours after i opened it up, and then froze and wouldn't work anymore. When i contacted the seller, he said to whack the corner against a desk, saying that it had worked for him and thats why he sold it as is. It currently doesn't even boot up.
