Apple iPod Shuffle (2 GB, MA954LLA) MP3 Player

I have to start out by saying that I really do like the size and convenience of the shuffle. For working out, riding a bike, etc, it does a great job. I really don't like not having a screen to see what I'm listening to or what is on the player, but that was expected with the Shuffle and is a compromise you have to make to get this size.
The one big dislike I have of this player is the interface with the computer (iTunes) and the charging capability (or lack of). If you have your shuffle charging on your computer and you are in a hurry you can't just pull it off the charging stand / interface. This could leave you with nothing on your shuffle at all. Also, if you aren't careful with your settings, you could end up replacing all of your music every time you plug it in to charge it. How hard would it have been to provide a charging interface that didn't immediately have to go to iTunes and risk deleting your music each time?
I have had the shuffle for a few weeks now and have had multiple times where I have brought it in to work only to find that the music I wanted isn't there (sometimes no music at all).
If it wasn't for this big concern I would really like this player for the purpose it is designed for: holding a few songs and randomly shuffling through them. However, this interface concern has me really wishing I had a different player.

I have an ipod shuffle that is about 3 to 4 years old and it no longer turns off. I wanted a new one so I have bought at least 3 and all of them malfunctioned within the first 3 weeks and had to be replaced. The third one I could not find the receipt so I had to keep it. Not wanting to purchase another new one, because of all the problems I had, I looked for a used one. I decided that it would be better because I know it would work. It works great and even lights up and turns off. I like the shuffle because it is one I can work out with and it is small enough to go unnoticed. I also like it because it plays music and I do not have to go through all kinds of menus or pictures to play music. I really like this shuffle and I am grateful that this person put it on ebay for someone to purchase.

I bought this for the leightweight clipable design. Perfect no matter where I go. Easy to use, great battery power length and easy to use. I am definately a converter from the Mini-Disc. Would like to see more memory in future models.

I love my little ipod! at first i couldn't figure out how to put songs on it but audio files need to be converted to mp3 files for those who do not know ;-) But it shipped out very fast, very inexpensive - literally half the cost of the ones in the stores and it probably works better. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is thinking about buying it.
