bad seller. never make business with again

he is bad seller. i paid to him and he said me that the item was shipped. i asked him about the tracking number to track my item he don't send it to me. he told to me that it was on my payal account. i checked my paypal account but had nothing. no tracking about this item. he scammed me???
now i ask him about this problem? i hope he have good answer for me...
waitting is gold...
alert some buyer before buy any item from this seller... i will say so sorry if i am wrong later, i hope i can do that early!
