By Any Means Necessary
A splendid read on one of those subjects that only starts coming into the public domain years after the incidents took place. The first spying missions that penetrated communist air space - both into the USSR and China. Crews shot down and recovered by 'the other side'- with their missions continually denied by the authorities. Adds a level of understanding to Cold War intel gathering that most people never knew existed. Easy to read and written by someone who has research the topic in depth. Highly recommended to historians as well as those who want to understand the world in which they live a little better.
