The First part of the book touches on Bottle history, Bottle Dating, and Bottle Digging and Collecting. --- Nice short concise to the point information. The Next part of the book is a Price Guide. Although it's not a complete list of bottles --( how could it be ? ), We have successfully referenced this price guide time and time again. Loaded full of great photographs of bottles, we enjoy revisiting the pages over and over .
I Highly recommend this book, especially for beginners.

Great book for the bottle collector. I am a beginner and have learned a lot from this book. It is very well organized, very simple to understand many different types of bottles covered ... a lot to learn. Includes brief but enough history of bottles, sample prices realized for rare bottles, how bottles are made, how to find and dig for bottles, tips on where to go, etc.
