A well rounded exercise video, that requires only minimal equipment. Being a bit uncoordinated, it took a few times to get the choreography down. But still was a good workout in the "learning" phase

Excellent purchaseI originally thought the DVD sound wasn't working. I contacted the seller, the seller replied quickly and was willing to offer a refund. Before sending the it back, I rented the same DVD and discovered that it too, did not have sound. As it turns out, this particular DVD only works with the TV volume and not the sound system. The DVD is excellent for an overall workout at an intermediate level. It primarily targets glutes, thighs and abs with some light arm work.

One more time
) I love the work out. Seems very simple, but it is effective. I have exercised for years, the best is Cathe, but sometimes she is just to hard and I need a break. This tape fills the bill, effective, but not outrageous. Now if there is someway to stop her speaking. I am sorry, but the phrase "Just one more time." a thousand times is SO annoying. My husband was eating breakfast when I was working out, he was reading the newspaper and I heard him mumble, Just one more time and I laughed. So the ratine is excellent for the workout, but how can a grade the annoying part of it.
