The book will helpme and my family cope with the fact that our youngest family member is handiapped with spina bifida. It is a compforting read.

This book was given to me after I lost my son at 13 months of age. He suffered brain damage when he was born and his 13 months were very tough, for him and for my husband and I.
It felt good to read this book. It is written from the childs perspective which is different, difficult but good. It helped me to think about this incredible loss in an entirely different way.
This is a great little book and quick but powerful read for any parents who have lost a child.

Books- Dale Evans Rogers:children,adopt,love,death&GodWhat wonderful books for Mother's Day!Whether you're a first time Mom,adoption Mom,StepMom,Grandma or Guardian Mom these are the absolute must reads for all Mothers!(And I'm sure quite a few men/fathers will find them thought-provoking as well!)In the books Dale pours out her soul about the love and loss of her children.She also speaks of her love but,at times, confused conflicts and doubts she has of her God.She tells how she becomes strengthened and grows from the trials of her life,how she found her peace and happiness while here on this earth.I read these stories as a child from my church library.Then I saw them not too long ago on EBay and purchased them to reread.I had forgotten how poetic they were!I obtained even more from them this time around than the first!She really reminds you of what's important in this life!
