forget the broadway play its nothing compared to this .. gerard butler carries the movie his acting is perfect is singing is divine... emmy rossum is ok except she always looks like shes going to puke .its dishonors butlers greatness.. roul is annoying and should have been shot about 30 minutes into it.. gerard butlers magnificence as the phantom is all the reason anyone would need to see this.. if any scottish niche actor should happen to read this review i have someone 4 u to meet
