My wife and I love Andre. This show , like so many of Andre's is wonderful.
There is one song that came awfully close to bringing tears to my eyes. A perfectly lovely young lady sings , I believe it is a song from CARMEN. The camera repeatedly goes to a gentleman with tears running down his ckeeks.
If you are a fan of Mt. Rieu, you will love it.
If I couldn't replace it you couldn't buy mine at any price

I really didn't expect much from this Dvd...but I bought it because it was filmed in Tuscany - one of my favorite places - and I was familiar with many of the songs. Much to my surprise, this Dvd has become one of those I play over and over...not only because the music is superb...particularly the opera medley and the Italian National Anthum...but the spirit of the Tuscans in the audience...with their expressive faces and their intense participation in the proceedings...lift this concert above many others that are available. One special moment is when one of Rieu's singers performs "O Mio Babbino Caro" and the camera repeatedly returns to a a gentleman in the audience who has the "face of Italy"...his emothional response to the aria and the singer touches me every time! Just a wonderful show! Bravo!!

This is a fabulous CD, it is in English with songs in Italian,German,English
Spanish and French. It has provided some of the finest listening and viewing I have ever witnessed! This DVD that will take you through moments of nostalgia, sadness, utter ectasy and every pleasant emotion you can feel!

E-bay asked me fora review... (?) well, I am sorry but I can not. I paid for this item and I got scam!!! I never got it. Is not it funny? The first time that e-bay asks me for a review it is for an item that I never got. Already I filled a dispute against the crook seller who is no more a register e-bay user!!!

beautiful music, wonderfull audience, love is in the air and the Italian people are warm and enthusiastic. the female vocals are superb. the music ranges from classical to popular and the whole evening is a lot of fun

The first part of the DVD was really nice. It was a pleasure to watch.
The second one was not as interesting. I didn't like the montage material & extracts that were inserted in the concert. So most of 2nd part was views of Italy and not the original concert. It was quite boring to watch.

Andre Rieu in Cartona; TuscanyI will watch it over and over and over. Fabulous!
I purchased this DVD after I went to Italy this past summer. I loved Tuscany, and loved Cartona, especially. I loved the movie filmed there, Under the Tuscan Sun, as much as this dvd. The faces of the Italian people during this performance says it all...they are truly involved and moved by this performance!
We also found them to be very intense while there...they are very serious about their music and their country!
BRAVO over and over! I am purchasing more copies for Christmas gifts!

Andre Rieu Tuscany
) I purchased this DVD to introduce my grandchildren to a symphony orchestra and to some classical music. The musical selections are varied to keep their interest. As an addition, my family has also enjoyed listening to this DVD and the energy of Rieu.

volinist I have ever heard or seen. I try to buy all of his DVD's. He gives the

Andre Rieu Tuscany DVDI had seen Andre Rieu perform on PBS, and think he is a Very Talented Musician.
As I watched the performance, I was Very Impressed with his Talent and song selections. His orchestra is also Very Talented and Well Versed.
I had heard about Andre Rieu in the past but, never had the chance to see and hear him in a "Live" performance. I was Again Very Impressed and had to have the Tuscany DVD for my music/video collection. I had searched EBay for Andre Rieu's works, and found Many to choose from but, I wanted to have the Tuscany DVD, and the seller also made it Very Easy for me to make the decision. Thank You to the seller, movie2go, and EBay.
I am also a Musician/Songwriter. As a fan of Many Great Talents such as Yanni, Luther Vandross, Journey, ALL Motown/RnB Artists, and Many other Greats in all genres of music, Andre Rieu is now also a Favorite added to my music /video collection, and Very Well Respected for his Talent. I would Highly Reccommend Tuscany to ALL Music Fans and Musicians. Andre Rieu also has many other DVD's and CD's that are also Just as Full of Great Music and Excellent Talent.
