
Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth by Peter Kelder
I love this book. The second and third exercises in it are really easy and fun to do, and you can feel good almost instantly after doing them. The next two are a little more challenging, but once you master them, your body feels so great. These exercises really do help you feel and look younger. I have bought several copies of this book as gifts for friends. I would recommend it to anyone looking to feel better and look younger without a lot of strenuous workouts and gym memberships.
If you are faithful to the exercises, you will start to get compliments. The book says to do them about 21 times each, but I never do them that often, and I still get good results. I just do my favorite ones at night and upon awakening. If you only have one time to do them, I would say do them at night because then they help your body to heal and repair itself while you're sleeping.
