Amore by Andrea Bocelli (CD, Jan-2006, Universal Classics)

Listening to Andrea Bocelli sing at the closing ceremonies of the Winter Olympics in Italy, I just had to find this song that he wrote - Because We Believe/Amma Credi E Vai. And there it is on the CD - Amore.
This CD struck gold for me the first time I heard it. Andrea sings beautifully, passionately, softly and sounds so sexy. I cannot remember a time when I fell in love with every cut on an album, cassette or CD in my lifetime.
The passion in his voice when singing Pero Te Extrano is heart stopping.
The duet with Christine Aguilerra - Sosmos Novios, the old Perry Como hit, It's Impossible, is dynamite.
And you will find it easy to sing along, especially one cut, Cuando Me Enamoro, the old Englebert Humperdinck hit, A Man Without Love.
The track with Stevie Wonder, Canzoni Stonate, is a wonderful surprise too.
Amore is a great romantic pop album, with Andrea singing in Spanish, Italian, French and English.

Andrea Bocelli is one of my favorite performers - and always will be. He does another great job with "Amore". If you haven't already fallen for his great talent - give it a try.

I LOVED the music. Andrea Bocelli sings and I feel like I'm at a concert just for me. Some of the songs are old favorites and some of them were new to me. They were all great. I'm always touched when I hear his voice.

I decided to buy this album when I heard about it on a tv show and heard a small clip from the album.

What a voice!!!!!! Perfect to relax you during that 5 o'clock rush hour nightmare. The musical arrangements are wonderful..I love everything about this CD.

I bought this CD as a gift for a bedridden friend of mine who saw him for the first time on Dr. Phil and who wanted the album desperately. I gave it to her for her birthday, and she was ecstatic! She will get many hours of enjoyment from it and it gives me joy to hear her speak of listening to it. He is a talented, romantic singer whose selections of songs pleased my friend and who I also found quite easy to listen to.

I like the type of songs that Andrea Bocelli are singing. I have to admit that I don't really understand the words except those in english but I still love listening to his songs. I have 4 of Bocelli's album already.

LOVED it!. We also loaned it to a friend, who wanted us to sell her our copy, so she wouldn't have to wait for hers.

Who could go wrong with the master voice of romance singing classic songs? The name of the title and the name of the artist says it all, class and grace and no disappointments here. If you haven't heard Bocelli, do yourself a favor, Andrea must have a huge heart, and he conveys it through the medium of his voice. You don't need to know Italian to appreciate this music, the romance of the language is perfectly communicated. Beautiful!!

Excellent music. Breathtaking!! This was definitely worth purchasing for my new collection. Can't wait to hear more from such a wonderful and talented singer.

Probably Bocelli's finest work to date. I think he was 'seeing' how Josh Groban's career was going so well and finally decided to use the same producer/arranger/orchestrator that Josh Groban collaborates with -- David Foster.

After seeing a spcial with Katherine McPhee & Andrea Bocelli, i fell in love with this man's voice. I love this cd, and i think the only downside is i am still in the very early learning stages of spanish, but it really doesnt matter, its a wonderful cd whether i know what he is saying or not.

This is by far my favorite CD by Andrea, although I enjoy all of them. I was able to listen to his perfect voice while going through a VERY difficult MRI procedure recently....and now the technician is a fan! His versatility and passionate delivery of the songs is wonderful to hear. I bought a second one for a friend who borrowed it and fell in love with what she heard, and another for myself so that I don't have to transfer it from my Jeep to the house.A definite must-have for any Andrea Bocelli fan.Even if you don't like "traditional" opera, buy this CD...and be prepared for one extraordinary voice! kianaskloset

Put your feet up,close your eyes and listen. Beautiful melodies in true Italian tradition! Classic and contemporary tunes sung as only Bocelli can sing.

I love his music and this cd has great music on it. I mom is using some for her wedding. Its really nice and I recommend it to anyone that likes his music or looking for something new. His music is touching and even if some songs are in french or Italian I love them and listen anyway.

Very, very pleased with my purchase of CD Amore - in excellent condition and no shipping problems (USA) - last attempt to purchase same CD from Thailand failed - never received CD - I now have a credit on PayPal for approximately 6 dollars - unhappy because I did not want credit, but PayPal wanted to charge me $1.50 to send refund. Outrageous!!
