Hi Folks,
After watching an interview with the author he made very compelling arguments as to where the Christian church in america is heading, and the power struggle for Christian Dominionist control of the United States. It's very disturbing to acknowledge the truth's a growing Fascist State within Christianity in America. The book goes in depth with many examples & provides a deep insight into a very troubled fear based movement for control.

) This book was on the list of choices for review in one of my college courses. I am a person that has lost faith in organized religion, so the theme appealed to me. I see alot of information that seems to support the author's points, but the book seems to lose focus. The beginning is impactful, but after that, it seems to weaken and wander. Valid points, but living in the south where "The Church" is so powerful, I realize that even if all the author's concerns are completely realized, we won't see any changes made until too late.
