Poorly written and ill thought out.

A solid premise and great actors are totally wasted in this poorly written, poorly planned, and illogically set up movie.
The main character repeatedly stumbles through the scenes, even as the actor playing the character tries to bring it to life, the character just isn't "real" enough to make him even semi-believable. The actions, what happens when the actions go wrong, and a stumbling, jumbled story that just doesn't go anyplace, populated by talent that should have known better, and it doesn't even cut it as an exploitation flick, either.
