American Art Deco
There is probably no more excellent overview of that which is uniquely American Art Deco than this book. Excellent text and an outstanding selection of graphics and photographs give the reader a foundation from which to build their knowledge of America and the deco movement. Among other topics there are chapters focusing on information and examples in metalware, ceramics, glass, textiles, architecture, sculpture, painting and graphics, jewelry, and the entertainment industry. A comprehensive bibliography can direct the reader into works of more topical depth.
