Paula's last release for Warner-she again switches direction from her previous work. here she and Jay and Kevin work classic soul styling, some r&b, and hip-hop-with total command. This woman's voice is the absolute- technique-range-emotion-feel-m

) Not bubblegum pop or the canned and recycled junk that seems to be dominating the market today, this is a CD where excellent vocals are used to bring great lyrics to life, then the work is backed up by music that is perfectly fitted to the singer and what she wants to accomplish.
It probably frightens the bubblegum pop people, but if you're really into music this is a collection that is more than worth the time and money,
