Along Came a Spider by James Patterson (1993, Hardcover)

I read this book many years ago and bought it just to complete my collection of first edition, hardcover books by this author. This book is awesome and will put you on a quest to read all of Patterson's books as soon as they come out. It's a pleasant addiction and wonderful guilty pleasure.

This book was received in good shape. The seller shipped this book in a timely manner. It was a great book, love Patterson. I will probably look for this seller again.

I must start out by saying James Patterson is one of my favorite writers. I am very impressed with this book. It is the kind of book you just cannot put down. My opinion is that if you enjoy reading a good murder mystery then this is the book for you. I enjoyed every page in this book. Just so you know, once you start reading the Alex Cross series of James Patterson's books, you get hooked. Hope this review was helpful to you and thank you for taking the time to read it. Been trying to complete my collection of Patterson's books. hate paying top price when I can find the same title on ebay at a reasonable price and conditions of books are excellent.

This is a great page turner and the movie did not do the book justice! You gotta read the book!! I am a huge James Patterson fan and he NEVER disappoints!

granted this was listed as a used book, but was also listed with a " TEMPLATE" for discription of book. listed with this; REAL NICE, ORIG. DUST JACKET, NO RIPS, TEARS OR STAINS! well the book came to me as this; a USED LIBRARY BOOK. DUST JACKET TAPED TO THE COVER. LAST 50 PAGES PULLED AWAY FRON SPINE. when contacted, the seller replied, " i'm not able to do full quality control on all the large volume that i do". also, only offered a "PARTIAL" refund. will never concider this seller again!

The book," Along Came a Spider " is one authored by James Patterson ( one of my favorite writers ). He's written some 13 books that focus on a character detective Alex Cross and the master criminals he encounters. The subject novel was the only one of the series I didn't have. I read this book years ago. It is the first Alex Cross book and really sets the mood for the ones that followed. The movie was good but was changed to much. I like to keep books and read them again. Finding this book in hardback on ebay in wonderful condition made me very happy.

This was the start of Alex Cross miniseries. Full of mystery and murder.
How Cross came about to solve murder and at times, the end left you in
suspence. Very good reading for anyone who enjoys this time of reading.
