The characters are so well drawn you will want to pray for them. Lots of surprises. Geared toward teens and young adults even though I found it in the adult section. After Jodi refused to go to a rave, she feels the Lord is leading her to save her friend Kat again. She, with her friend Bruce, makes it and is just in time to save Kat but not a teen laying next to her. Jodi goes to the police station to report the body but it's gone when she returns to the rave. Bruce works for the affluent, too affluent, vet to the well to do and he discovers Ketamine syringes from the clinic at the rave. Jodi enters into a dangerous game of trying to identify the young man. Revered Bud gives her some tips on her journey. If you have a medical background you will guess what the psychopathic vet is up to, but if you're a regular Joe then the end will be as great of a surprise to you as it was to Jodi. The only thing Jodi does wrong is to not ask a dying man if he is saved. Great Christian read - no sex, limited descriptions of violence and drugs. Highly recommend this book to teens and adults.
