All Mine to Give (DVD, 2008)

I received this DVD a few days ago. Having watched this movie when I was a kid, I immediately put it into my player out of anticipation. This movie had quite an emotional impact when I was a kid, but after watching it now, I realized the emotion was not as much as I anticipated. Probably because over the years, a lot of other movie has raised the bar.

Having said that, this is still a great classic, and a must have for those who love classic movies.

All Mine to Give is a true story of an immigrant family and is one of my favorite Christmas movies. I haven't seen it for a long time and was very happy to find it through Ebay. Thank you. I still love it. Margo Higginbotham

The movie is a "3 hanky" tear jerker. It was well done and had good color quality. The soundtrack was appropriate to the origins of the characters and even a little catchey. Good but not great overall. I liked it quite a bit.

I seen this movie about 25 years ago. Its down to earth.The way things used to be in this world-as well as its a true story of children who become orphans.They should remake it for madern times-but change little.

If you want a family experience to share at Christmas, this is a must. Cry, cry cry and cry some more. Brings your loved ones close. A great family tradition for all.

I bought this DVD for my Granddaughter to give to her Mother (my daughter) for Christmas. Thirty some years ago my daughter sat on her Dads lap and they both cried through this movie, she has talked about it for years and I knew that she would love to watch it with her daughter. I tried different places to find this DVD, my granddaughter told me to go to ebay. I was thrilled, it was so easy and they had such a selection to pick from. I have told everyone at my office to go to ebay, I loved it and will use it again.
