I have had this cookbook for a few years now and it is one of the few I use frequently. Nancy Baggett has compiled not only America's best-loved cookie recipes, but has done her homework as well. She has researched the history or origins of each one and gives us an interesting background to our favorites. It also has beautiful glossy color photos throughout and easy instructions even for the novice. This should be every cookie-lovers bible...*****5 stars
