Movie Description
Based on Martin Scorsese's ALICE DOESN'T LIVE HERE ANYMORE, this TV show first aired in 1976, just one year after the feature film debuted. Linda Lavin plays Alice, an aspiring singer who, after the death of her husband, decides to move to Hollywood with her son, Tommy. They get as far as Phoenix, where Linda takes a waitressing job at Mel's Diner, which is where the series is primarily based. This release includes six episodes of the show.
