Lopsided and Lacking Fair Info on Pete Duel
1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
This book has very little in it about Pete Duel, who was the reason AS&J took off and became a hit. The book goes on and on about how his suicide inconvenienced the production company and has the nerve to point out that he killed himself at a most inconvenient time for his employers -- during Sweeps Week! This is far from being the only book that you'll ever need on AS&J. Fully half if it is summaries of the episodes. But if you want to see industry types trying to convince themselves that the death of their actor-star was not their fault, give it a read.
