Movie Description
Jennifer Garner stars in this television series as Sydney Bristow, a 26 year-old graduate student working for a secret division of the CIA. The mission of this arm of the CIA is to combat SD-6, a secret terrorist organization whose agents believe that they, in fact, work for a secret organization of the CIA that combats terrorism. This second season of the series introduces a host of new plot twists including a new romance for Sydney and the appearance of a woman who may be Sydney's mother. Quite possibly the most entertaining network television show of the last decade, ALIAS is a fast paced thrill ride buoyed by Ms. Garner's performance as well as her penchant for wearing some outrageously risque disguises on her missions.

      Alias Season Two!
    Review created: 10/25/05

Season two doesn't let up any, and keeps going strong, in the spirit of season one. Sydney Bristow [Jennifer Garner] continues her quest for the truth, the shut down of SD-6 andkeeps viewers visually interested with her continuous costume changes and wide-eyed looks of shock. Alias it a wild ride in the fictional world of espionage and makes the viewer want to believe it.

      The Plot Thickens....
    Review created: 11/07/07

WOW....season 2 is just as good or better than season one. Every episode has it's own cliffhanger and there are so many plot twists this season that you are never at a loss for thrills.

The set is presented in anamorphic widescreen (1.78) and is an improvement over the 4:3 TV ratio. The soundtrack is done up nicely in Dolby Digital 5.1. My sub rocks out on the action scenes. Set also has English and Spanish subtitles.

There are Extras galore on this set.
The making of "The Telling": This 45 minute documentary tells how the season finale episode was shot. Goes into detail about the lcoations, sets, design etc. One of the best documentaries I have seen on a TV show set.

You also get deleted scenes, bloopers, interviews, TV spots and commentaries on 4 episodes.

I had never watched Alias before, so this set was a treat for me...HOWEVER, my only gripe with the set is that on Disc One (YES..Disc One), there is a preview for Season Three. I watched this preview, before I had watched the set and the whole plot line was ruined for me. If you don't like spoilers, DON'T watch the preview.

Overall a fantastic set, and a MUST-Have for the Alias fan.
