SAY...THE BOOK WE BOUGHT WAS PERFECT. THE ONLY THING ABOUT THIS SELLER IS....I HAVE E-MAILED SIX TIMES IN THE LAST TWO MONTH ABOUT GETTING FEEDBACK. THIS SELLER HAS NEVER GIVING ME ANY FEEDBACK. TO ME THIS SELLER GETS A FLAT RATING OF A 0..POOR AFTER SELLS CUMTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I decided to buy this book because my 7th grade daughter is extremely good at math. She is starting Algebra this year and I probably won't be able to help her if she has a question about homework. This way she can pick up the book and it will help her more than I can. I never see her homework because she's very self-sufficient, so a reference book would be perfect for someone like her. I've heard great things about the Math at Hand and Math on Call books. This book is the next in the series.

I honestly can't say if the book is helpful because she hasn't used it yet, because I bought it over the summer. But it appears to be very detailed and a great source of reference.

It's a great reference book for students 6-8 grade.It is easy to read when you search for a specific problem.
I wish it will have more examples.

An excellent resource for any algebra student or anyone who needs an easy-to-use reference! Includes definitions, procedures, explanations, and rules.

This book has been a great source of help for my kids when doing their homework. Easy to use and well written. Explanations are easy to follow and understand. EVERY ALGEBRA STUDENT SHOULD HAVE THIS BOOK.

Although all the definitions are in the glossary, the book doesn't cover several; for instance, how to do scale factors.
