Aladdin (Sega Genesis, 1993)

The Sega Genesis of Aladdin is a great game. It is an excellent platformer from Virgin Studios (the same people that made the Lion King game). It has ten levels which are based on the Disney classic and each of them is entertaining and unique in its own way. You have a ranged weapon (throwing apples) and a scimitar (in layman's terms, a sword) that you use to fight guards, skeletons, bats, etc. while avoiding obstacles. If you have not played this game yet I would highly recommend it. There is just something about quality 2D platformers that gives them more replay value than 3D games, at that is true for me.

by far this is probably one of the best adventure games. you will travel through many levels and there are also secret bonus levels

If you a big fan of Disney's Aladdin movie and video games. This is a good game for you to get. It uses Disney's Cell Shading animation for the character's combined with computer graphics. A great classic game to buy for your Sega Genesis.

I've loved this game since I was a little kid. It is easy enough to have fun, but challenging enough to not get boring. It's a whole new spin on the movie, and there is so much to do. Definitely one of the better Sega Genesis games!

I bought Aladdin for sega genesis a couple of weeks ago, it came in a timely fashion had normal wear and tear. It works and I have no complaints for this seller I have actually purchased several other items from Lukie games.

I played this almost every day when I was younger, and its still just as awesome today. It's just like controlling the movie. If you like Aladdin the movie or just disney films in general then you need to check this out.

I have been playing this game since a child and i still love it. I recently purchaseda Sega and needed some games to buy for it, as the consol didnt come with any games. I picked this game because as old as it it, t's challenging.

Great Game, not the longest but for a sega game it is really good. If you like sega this is a must have and persoanlly i think it is the best disney game on a lower level system. gameplay is great, controllability us also very nice. i would put this game in the top 3 sega games ever made along with gunstar heros. A MUST HAVE.

Very fun game for kids and adults! A classic! It's alot like the movie and has all the characters from the Genie to the Magic rug!

Disney really came thru on this adventure title! With true to movie scenes, graphics and midi music, it's quite aesthetically pleasing! It still has play value today, because it literally looks like you're playing the movie. The features are good and simple enough for children. There are even extra levels and jobs to accomplish that don't pertain exactly to the movie. And also quite good side scroll action. I give this a 5/5!

This is a very awesome game, though quite challenging in some stages (Jafar is difficult, as is the cave of wonders) The game has awesome movie music and funny bad guys. My brothers and I loved playing this growing up, it is definitely worth buying! AABBAABBAABBA (I think that's the code to skip any level after pressing start :) Enjoy!)

This is an awesome adventure game. Its fun and easy. You get to go through many levels collecting coins, apples and extra lives. The bonus levels are fun with the little monkey. The magic carpet ride level is my favorite. My boyfriend and I spend hours playin this game.

This game was a favorite of mine when i was a child. Ive always been a fan of Sega Genesis. Now that i am older. i like the newer systems like ps2-3, Xbox ( 360) game bube ( wii ) but nothing will compare to classic video games like atari, nintendo and sega..

Hang on to your carpet for action and fun. Aladdin slashes his shining scimitar to fight through Agrabah, escape the Sultan's dungeon, survive the fiery cave of wonders, snatch the genies lamp and save the princess Jasmine from the evil Jafar. (basically you will be playing the first original movie.)
Aladdi battles theives and desert warriors, and barely dodges danger on his high-speed carpet. Survive Jafar's troops for a dash through special bonus rounds.
It is Hilarious! Palace guards drop their drawers and camels spit dirt wads. Aladdin bounces around in the genies lamp like pinball.
It has the original award winning music from the movie too.
