An absolutely touching tale!

Aimee and Jaguar is a film about how two young women fall in love. One is a nazi supporting women, and the other is a Jew. Their differences make this film very interesting.
Lesbianism was a very frowned-upon subject in Germany in the 40's, so you can only imagine the reaction of their relationship.
I imagine that this movie would be an instant classic on anyone's list.
This film is a bit graphic; with sexual content. etc.
I would say that you should definately rent this movie if you get a chance! It is truly a beautiful film gem. The direction of the movie was very well- done. The acting was superb, and the overall flow was very well-done.
The thing I did not particularly like about this movie, was the fact that it rarely brought-to-surface the idea of "Jewish lesbianism" in the Holocaust. I understand, that if one was a homosexual in the Holocaust, they could be sent to a concentration camp for being a lesbian or gay, alone.
