) I bought this set to continue with my Ah! My Goddess English spoken set. I already watch the subtitled verson so the story was not a big surprise. If your looking to continue the set it is a good pick up. If you are just starting the Ah! My Goddess the shows are stand alone, but would be more helpful to you to at least go to the first disk of Flights of Fancy, or better yet I also suggest the first set...which is i've seen...all 26 somewhere on e-bay as a set...plus it was cheaper to buy the set instead of 6 disks at about $20 a piece.

I really like the new series but to much CG is used. The very first OVA Oh! My Goddess released in 1993 is the best. Anime today has changed and I think people have forgotten how the old stuff was. There was hardly any CG used back then, thats what made it the best. But things change other than that the new series is pretty good.
