Suzanne Somers AGELESS is great book, interesting read. I found it very enlightening on some topics and on non conventional bioidentical hormones medicine in relationship to aging. I can't say I agree in theory on all the aspects of the book, but I am considering trying several elements in the book myself for a healthier life style in the future. Worth a read! This is the first Suzanne Somers book I have read and recommend it.

I decided to buy this book after hearing Suzanne on Larry King show. She mentioned the HS-CRP test and that caught my attention. I had just had this test and my doctor said my level was little high. I have taken many many vitamins, minerals and herb supplements through the years, so they are not new to me. I bought the book and read it, highlighting all the additional supplements I needed. My daughter is now reading it, and I have a couple friends who have gone out and bought it too. The book is a little wordy in the writing format, written just like Suzanne talks. Lots of doctor interviews that you can scim through and get the meat out. I am feeling terrific now with the additional supplements. I recommend it for the information it gives.

I just love the book and E-Bay as well, such low prices and I can usually find every thing I need here as well
