The writing is brilliant. Chopra uses practical advice on diet and stress reduction to help you have a positive attitude to live longer. His success speaks for itself. He is an excellent motivator. Makes a great gift for birthdays!

Great book. Even if it's a couple of years old, you can still apply what Chopra suggests. Bought it to learn how to reverse aging. Of course there are many factors to consider.
