I like all the old school games and their counsels. I used to play a game simular to this back when i was younger and thought this game was it. Unfortunately it is not the game i was thnking about but is still just as fun. So I look at it as another great game for my N64 collection! Thank you for the quickness of delivering the item.

AERO GAUGE for the Nintendo 64 gives you racing with a futuristic twist. Choose from up to 10 aero-machines to pilot through six different courses. In Grand Prix mode, you’ll have to qualify and race through four courses against computer-controlled vehicles. The Single Match mode lets you race one track against the computer, while the Versus mode matches you head-to-head against a friend. In Time Attack mode, it’s just you against the clock, racing for the best time. You’ll have to be alert though, because you’ll be twisting, flying and avoiding obstacles and other racers at speeds of up to 1,000 miles per hour. You also have to remember to stop to repair damages and replenish energy. Put your trays and seatbacks in the upright position and take off with AERO GAUGE

Aero Gauge is an excellent racer that is underrated greatly

Pros:
Amazing ideas, excellent framerates, great Japanese origins

Cons:
It may be lackluster galore, but the game is amazing, and underrated too much

Aero Gauge has not enough tracks and poor and yet impossibly challenging A.I. but these can be bypassed easily with excellent framerate and speed and that will make you love this game. The game gets pounded on and mocked too much. The minute I picked up the controller I was simply amazed! The speed and amazing framerates NEVER, I mean NEVER slow down. I was addicted to the game. If Aero Gauge had some more tracks, the game would be perfect. But you'll catch on to the addiction once you play it. The game is not F-Zero X quality but it surely makes an excellent appearance. The graphics are very.

  AreoGauge is a big dissapointment

Pros:
Good graphics

Cons:
Bad music and limited variety of cars

When I first rented this game, I thought it was intended to be excellent, but guess what, nope. The graphics and the controls are pretty good but the fun factor is 2 out of 5 stars. This game is fairly difficult, even on novice mode, jesus, give me a break! This game has limited features such as the variety of cars and levels. I was lucky not to buy this poor racing game but only rent it. The music gets annoying when it keeps repeating forever and ever... The multiplayer feature is ok, 2 players only, why not 4 players. There now you have it. Next time be wise on choosing your games, it was a.

  Worst of the Worst
Review created: 03/25/00

Pros:
None

Cons:
Everything

This game has some sense of speed, but no strategy!! The impossible AI and the horrible boosting just runs this game down. There are no weapons all "floaty" feeling and the multi-player is incredibly boring! It s impossible to control and the bonus cars are the same, as the normal ones they just look different! The races are extremely hard because the boosting method is horrible. You can die easily and there are no stunts. Just one mess up in the game, and you are stuck in last for the rest of the race. NOTHING AT ALL IS RECOMMENDED IN THIS GAME BESIDES NOT BUYING IT!!
