Great special effects. Stunning cinematography. Flawless fight scenes, bizzare yet compelling technological influences from the earlier animation.
But...
It was a little bit thin on plot, lets face it Alan Moore didn't quite get it this time round. Its a typical poorly thought out, brave new world scenario: virus wipes out human race blah blah.
Watch it, but its nothing special.
