Great, Exactly as described. The US edition of the book, which is what I wanted and needed, glad it wasn't an international edition, that would NOT have been good.

I decided to buy it for the reason that it was the book I needed for my class. The problem was that the book was an international student edition. When I bought the book it didn't have that specification.

This was an awful buying experience... I never got my book. This was a school text book, I spent $60 it is midterms and I still don't have my book. I wrote emails to the seller with no response.I wouldn't purchase from this buyer! I can't get a refund, I can't even get a hold of the seller... They might have what you need cheap but if you actually want the product I'd look elsewhere!

This international edition is the exact same as the original except for the cover page picture, and it is a softback. You can spend $150 on the 'US edition' like 99% of the other ignorant people, or you can spend a fraction of it on the international edition. Plus you'll be able to resell it for what you paid for it!

Manufacturers unfortunately bribe head of departments at schools, but at least you have another alternative. Buy the international. Its the same content on the same page, and yes, same work problems.

i received my textbook promptly and it was in perfect condition. I ordered it later in the day on 8/31 and received it today 9/3.

although i did not receive a response to my messages by the seller after i bought the item,it got delivered in a very timely manner and in perfect condition.

I find the book very informative and easy to read. I purchased it for Marketing Communications class and it's definitely worth it.

This is probably one of the easier reads for my semester. It's not what I consider dry, but it's got alot of information. It reminds me alot of your basic communications class and 0-level marketing in one.
