Adventures In Alphabet Park (V.Smile TV Learning System, 2004)

I played this with my little girl, and I had a blast. It is a real arcade style learning game. I think your little one will be happy with it. The age range is for younger but my daughter is going into second grade. She loves it.

I bought the Adventures In Alphabet Park game(V.Smile TV Learning System)for my daughter. This is the game that comes with the system when you buy the original v smile console. We got our console from a friend who kept the game to play with the new v motion that she got. I love the fact that the smartridges are all interchangeable as we intend to upgrade to the v motion as well when my daughter gets a bit older. The game itself is a great alphabet learning tool. In one part you have to wait for the right letter in a sequence to appear before hopping onto it to proceed. My daughter is 4 a did have a little bit of trouble with the timeing. She knew what letter should come next but between the realization and the jump the letter had changed. She also did not like being pounced on by a clown or blasted with steam. Its not violent but she gets fustrated if she thinks she is getting,"hurt". However, she did rather like the part that allows you to match the right sound with the correct animal. Overall I think that it is a very good learning tool and she enjoys playing it.

it is very good motion skills and i dont like that sometime the game doesnt work for my 5 years olds

i had this game once and lost it, my son loved it so much i bought it again. teaches letters and spelling

This has the very basics and can also get fairly complicated. I would say that it could be used by anyone from 2 years old through to 7 or even 8 or older if they have difficulty with letters, alphabetizing, writing, reading, sounds... I use it with my 2 yo Toddler and my 5 yo for Kindergarten lessons. Both love it but I would have to say that my 2 yo likes it more!

My son really enjoys this game. It's not his favorite, but he has fun tracing the letters and playing in all the different areas and when he does pick this game out it tends to stay out for a while.

The bad music gets in my head though, and the kids voices kind of creep me out, but they don't bother my son and there's lots of good skills that are focused on so I just try to ignore the annoying aspect of it.

haven't received it yet would really like to now what is going on with the delivery of this product.
