Hands on training beats all the other books hands down! You learn by doing, not by just reading. The movies, the training exercises, and the techniques used are some of the best. The only down side is that it may be a bit difficult for the absolute newbie. There are some things discussed that the neophyte may be a bit confused by, but by following the book until its end, many things that are not clear come together eventually. I purchased the book primarily for its emphasis on the hands on training.

This product is in perfect condition, with images, demo's,exercises,and covers
everything that you would want to design web images and saving them to file so that they can be uploaded to your web server and mush more. It has step by step
explainations in every chapter and also came with a CD that will walk you
through every chapter in the book. This is just the best all a round product
that I have purchased so far and I recommend it to everyone that is interested in web design. There is nothing that I dislike about this product, actuality
