I just purchased adobe cs4 and was looking for additional information to help me learn the program. It was the cheapest posted at the time and I wanted the book right away so I could work on the program after I purchased it.

The book is good in that it gives you click-by-click instructions. The graphics that you create by going through the book are great examples of what you can do with Photoshop. It also covers the theory behind the technology.

What I'm missing, however, is the artistic side. How do you put various elements together? Why should I select select a particular setting?

There was nothing wrong with the book. it is almost as if it was new. the only thing i would have liked for it to improve is the shipping time. this was the book that was supposed to be the closest to where i live and it took the longest. i was already 3 weeks into class when it arrived.

I used a cheap price bought a 16MB MP3 player. It's feature almost like iport.So slim easy to carry and store lot of music.

Its an easy book to guide you through the new features of CS4, not too complicated when you have already worked on previous versions of PS.
