Adam-12- The Complete First Season (DVD, 2005)

For all of us who watched this when is was on in prime-time this dvd collection is a must have.It can be watched by all ages as no violence/foul language on it.

My husband and I always enjoyed the Adam 12 show, so I searched Ebay for it on DVD and found quite a few people selling copies of the complete first season. We purchased our copy, which comes in a set of 2 DVD's and we have been very pleased. It was produced by Universal Studios and remastered from the original master tape, so the picture and sound are perfect - and no commercials!! :) The DVD's include menu selections and a synopsis for each episode, plus the option of "playing all" so that you can just sit and enjoy one after the other without stopping each time to select the next episode. There are 27 episodes in chronological order. The outer case looks great with several good screen shots of the actors. We have watched it all the way through and are on our second time around! Our only complaint would be that it is only the first season. We would really enjoy having the entire 7 years on DVD. Hope this review helps. If you enjoyed Adam 12 in the 60’s and 70’s, you’ll love owning these DVD’s. Enjoy!

I love watching this Adam-12 DVD! The T.V. series Adam-12 is my favorite Police show of all time! This DVD shows all of the very first seasons shows - you've got to see them all! Enjoy!

I recently ordered Adam-12 Season 1 for my son's birthday. It's a big hit...not as graphic as modern "cop" shows and not as complicated. No worries about my son seeing or hearing something I don't want him to, although from an adult's perspective it seems a little "cheesy" (possibly because of Jack Webb's writing/filming style???).

I purchased the original first season of the old television series Adam-12. If you are a fan of this old series then you will definitely enjoy these first season DVD episodes. They're just as I remembered, fun, top notch Jack Webb style police work!

Great TV series. What l like about it that it shows realism, which also shows on Jack Webb's "Emergency" TV series and his own "Dragnet" series !!

I bought this item because Adam 12 rates in my top ten of tv cop shows at #4 all time. Jack Webb was an absolute genius in creating 3 of my favourite shows of forever and all time.

I bought this for my husband for christmas. He was so surprized, He LOVES it, it brought back so many memory The DVD was excellent it was all the old shows we loved to sit and watch. Thank you

The quality (new) came as described and it arrived very quickly. My boys love the police drama. If we are in the market for more Adam 12 DVDs, we will look up this seller.

I was glad to see this series on dvd, however the first season copying left something to be desired. the last 2 or 3 episodes on each disc freexe or skip terribley.

This product was terrible it arrived damaged, but I believe it would have been nice if it wasn't like this. I am absolutely angry and believe e bay should have a policy of not selling damaged items under any circumstances.

I used to watch this show as a kid back in the day and I loved it. This product came in perfect condition thanks!

To be able to find my brother's favorite childhood TV show on DVD was awesome. He's almost 49. As we get older, our Christmas exchanges are based more on nostaglia, not necessity. This is sure to knock his socks off as it will be completely unexpected by him, and he'll be thrilled.
