This is very helpful to self healing. It has very clear instructions and very clear pictures. It works, too. Highly recommended.

A good reference to easily find information about how to relief specific body/mind/health issues. These techniques work! This practice addresses the problem not mask the symptoms.

This book is very basic and easy to read and comprehend. Lots of pictures to aid in the use of approaching this alternative healing method. While used, the book was still in good enough condition to serve the purpose. I chose this type of book due to hyper-sensitivity to all medications. althernatives DO work. I recommend everyone take a good look at their medical health, their methods of treatment. Eliminate as many drugs as you can and research methods such as these for optimum health.

I bought this book because my occupational therapist recommmended it to me. It's extremely thorough in it's descriptions of where and how to apply the accupressure for a multitude of different medical complaints, with exceptional pictures and explanations---it also lists any contradictions or any precautions that need to be taken if/when using accupressure.
