I love this book. It's simple and explain everything you need to know about acu-yoga. From beginner to advanced. You can use this book everyday. There are exercises you can do each day to feel better and take care of yourself. There're also some exercises you need in different cases like cold, flu, headache, backache, blood circulation, spleen, lung, pancreas... disfunction, fatigue, stress...
I tried and I can tell that it worked. At least for me. So I can take care of myself alone with no professional and for free.
I also learned a lot about how my body works and what I can do to improve my health (diet, exercises...)
