Movie Description A virtual supergroup of UK folk music icons from the past 40 years, the Strawbs first garnered critical attention in 1969 with their eponymous debut album, an appealing blend of folk and rock. Their brief time with Fairport Convention singer Sandy Denny produced some of their best compositions, and put them at the forefront of the folk-rock movement. Later joined by Rick Wakeman, who went on to join Yes, the group experienced turmoil and lineup changes throughout the '80s before solidifying once again in the '90s. Here, founding members David Cousins and Dave Lambert are joined by Brian Willoughby in one of four shows they played at Hugh's Room in Toronto. The 2003 concert features a moving performance of Denny's classic "Who Knows Where the Time Goes."
