Acoustic Guitar Tab White Pages (2003, Paperback)

There is so much in this book I can't believe it. There is definitely a big range of skill level from beginner to advanced. A beginner could really grow with this book. I have played guitar for about five years and i couldn't find a real good acoustic book until this one. The most shocking thing is the size of the book. its HUGE! over 1,000 pages and almost two inches thick. If you like classic rock or anything acoustic up until today, you will love this book.

This collection has songs by artists of every era and genre of the last 4 decades or so. Old favorites and newer hits by Van Morrison, The Indigo Girls Cat Stevens (Before he found Allah), the Beatles, And the list goes on for 150 songs. Good songs. Something for everybody and anybody. All written out in tablature and standard notation, so with a little (or a lot) of practice, you can add 150 hits to your repertoire, for a very reasonable price. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the size of the print (alittle small), and the absense, in some cases of chord diagrams. I realize this was neccesary to facilitate the fitting of 150 complete songs in one volume, so don't be turned off by that - just have a chord reference available while your are learning the new songs. This is not the case every time - some chords are drawn out. As for the size of the print, well, deal with it. It's worth the squinting to have all this information at this price.
