This is soooo easy to do! If you need to "back it down" because you're a beginner you can. But if you're more advanced, that's available too. Not time consuming. No difficult dance moves or steps to follow.

I love the dvd and it was amazingly priced so it was an obvious choice of which one to buy and I use it often!

I love that you can customize your workouts on this dvd. You can just pick one, view them all or pick the few that you feel you can handle for the day. The workouts are short and touch. The cardio interval didn't look so tough at first but it had me dripping buckets of sweat. I highly recommend this dvd.

This is a product I bought to go with a book I just fininshed and it is exactly what I wanted. I turned to e-bay for this purchase because it is just easy and my product is delivered right to my door, I did not have to make endless calls and do any special orders through a bookstore and then wait and have to go back to get it. This product is extremely helpful to me as I make a lifestyle change to be healthier. It does exactly as it suggests and in much less time than a typical workout DVD.
