I bought this gift for my newphew's birthday once I found out his dad bought him a new DS. I tried to find something for his age (8) and something that he was interested in but didn't cost a fortune. Once I gave it to him he looked at it like it would be hard. But he started playing it, he didn't put it down for 4 hours. Very entertaining. I would buy it for my sons once Christmas makes its way around.
