ATV Quad Power Racing 2 (Game Cube, 2003)

My son received a Game Cube system for his birthday. I was looking on Ebay to buy him some games.I came upon ATV racing and since he has a 4 wheeler I thought he would like the game to play. I am glad I bought the game. He loves it. The game was scratch free and works great.

OK - I LOVE this game, because I LOVE Quads (ATV's). Now, please pardon my ignorance as to the most up-to-date gaming systems and graphics...I think the graphics are awesome, and very comical at times. My wife & I bought our 7 year old son a Gamecube last year, and quickly realized that there really weren't any new games available in stores because the GC is "Outdated". Fortunately, I know I can find ANYTHING on EBAY. I don't like the Star Wars games or theme-based, level-driven challenges. I wanted a mindless, fun-to-play game I could enjoy with him.
As soon as we received the game, we started exploring the different menu's and riding areas. You can race the computer, race another player, pick different tracks, and different terrains and weather conditions. THEN we found the "FREESTYLE ARENA"! This is what we play most often together. It's a big, indoor arena with ramps and loops, and you can select unlimited time to just sit there and see what combinations of tricks you can come up with! Remember the "Comical" part of the graphics I was talking about - well, if you floor it and cruise across the arena, and slam into the side of a ramp, the quad dead-stops, but the rider flies across the floor, JUST LIKE IN THE REAL WORLD (without the pain)! My son happens to think that's the funniest thing in the world. We currently have a battle going on to see who can hold the longest STOPPIE! Bicycle wheelies are also fun.
In my opinion, the graphics are fine for what the game represents, and the 3-D motion is smooth. The sound effects are realistic, and the music adds a cool, fun touch. There are portions of the game we still haven't uncovered, which keeps it interesting. Most important, when the two of us race, we can insert some other computer controlled riders with average skill level to offer some additional challenge, OR we can just race side-by-side by ourselves.
I am extremely pleased with my purchase, and have already recommended it to a couple of my riding buddies. One of my good friends whom I ride with on a regular basis has tried the game on our gamecube with us, and he is now looking for a Gamecube unit just so he can play ATV Quad Power Racing 2! It is enjoyable, and doesn't appear to be "Quickly fading" in the popularity department. OH YEAH; as a side note: As far as ease of operating the controller and moving the quad around on the screen, my 3 year old son has picked up the controller and raced around the arena with my 7 year old son. It is VERY EASY to get the hang of the controls! The designers did an overall awesome job of fitting this game to the average JOE gamer. Thanks!

Great game for kids. Multi levels and different races and courses. Fun and Exciting. Most important is it is very simple to navigate and control.The 2 kids I purchased item for love it. Very costly when purchased brand new but can get it for less than $10 used. Well worth the money.

My son loves the game and says it's cool. He and his friends really
like playing it. I would recommend it.

The GameCube game has brought hours of fun for me and my 5 year-old grandson. It provides good family entertainment that can be enjoyed playing alone or with a partner. I would recommend this product for children ages 5 and up.

I would have like it but I misread the description of the item I was buying it wasn't the seller's fault I wasn't happy with it

If you like atv's youll love this game we played it last night it is great. the freestyle is awsome and the tracks are cool the multiplayer also is awsome even though its only 2 player max still allot of fun.

My son like this game he can race atv and do other stuff he playes it a lot and is dad likes it too because he like too race.

Buying on E-Bay is an excellent, cost-efficient way to acquire games (used or new) for older play systems. I gave my son an E-Bay purchased Game Cube for Christmas last year, and birthdays and holidays since then I am able to afford good games for him by purchasing on E-Bay. Perhaps I've been lucky so far, but all the sellers I have bought games and dvd's from are truthful and the product comes in great condition. Why pay the full retail price, when you can buy so easily on E-Bay! I love it!

My nine year old purchased this with his own money and absolutely loves it. My five year old son, and my 41 year old husband look forward to their turns as well. Visitors have loved it also. I haven't played the game myself, but I haven't heard anything negative about it at all.

Im 46 and grew up riding dirt bikes, this is a blast, and I dont get a broken leg. fun for adults and kids.

I bought this item for my 6 yr, old son. He absolutely loves it. In the small town we live in sometimes its hard to find good games for the gamecube. Buying this game on ebay was very convenient and easy. He is a big fan of racing and Gamecube. This is one of his favorite games to play.

My 4 yar old son likes this game and it is not to difficult for him. He likes all the freestyle stuff.

This is rated E for everyone? For those with a more conservative view, this is not appropriate for young children because the girl riding is not dressed appropriately for young children. Bought is for my 7 year old. Nursemom0

Got this for my 3 boys for Christmas (ages 5, 5 & 8). They love it and are all able to play it well...my husband loves it too! It keeps them busy for hours!!!

BOUGHT IT FOR 2 BOYS 7 AND 11 FOR CHRISTMAS ALONG WITH 6 OTHER GAMES 2 WEEKS LATER EVERYTIME THEY ARE STILL PLAYING THIS NON STOP

I loved the game. The graphics are great. My whole family enjoys this game. Give the kids a chance to beat their father who races on an ATV. Hopefully a new version will be out soon.

My son was asking for this game from Santa...Unfortunately 'Santa' found that the game was discontinued. I found a few entries on Ebay and won one of them..thankfully the product was in PERFECT condition, even though it was considered used. I have to say it is the favorite gift from this holiday season and also renewed his belief in Jolly Old St.Nick!
