Great expansion handset that I have no problems with

I bought this AT&T EP590-3 GHz 1-Line Cordless Expansion Handset phone about 2 months ago because I needed an extra phone for my AT&T Model EP5995 phone set. It is easy to input phone numbers into the directory and accessing them, the call log is simple to operate, there are a lot of handset sounds and ringer tones to choose from, and I find the speaker phone very useful. I also like the Caller ID and the Call Waiting features when I am using the phone. I haven't had a problem with this phone since I bought it, so I don't have anything negative to say about it and would recommend it to anyone.

You need an AT&T base that works with this handset model. I have the AT&T EP5995. I bought two EP590-3 handsets and found it a great addtion. You don't need to have a phonejack cause these handsets work off the base. Set-up was very easy. After charging the phone you turn it on and register it with the base with only a few touches to the keypad and your done. You can then put the phones anywhere in your house.
You can change the settings, display, image, ring tone for each handset if you wanted too. The handsets allow you to check messages, each has a speakerphone fuction that is very clear and the range is very good! The intercom feature is handly when your trying to reach someone on the other end of the house or outside. The only downside is the person on the other handset or base need to hangup or it will stay on.
Overall for the price and features this is by far the best phone I have purchased for my household.
