ABC's of Relationship Selling by Charles Futrell (2008, Paperback)

The book got here quickly and it was in fact still shrink wrapped. The International Edition was not exactly as it was described though. It specifies that it is not low quality, simply a slightly different version. In actual fact, the pages are lower quality than my basic HP multipurpose printing paper. The pages are thin to the point of being see through. Also, everything but the cover is in black and white. The content does seem to be correct but the overall quality of the book is lacking.

I had to purchase a book for school. My book was in such good condition that it looked as if it was brand new, and I got it for half the price as the other students got theirs.

i really liked that the book was sent to my house with in a week and that it was the correct book. this was much easier and much cheaper than buying it through my school. thank you so much for the great service.
