My husband was complaining about the sameness of breakfast so I searched for a breakfast cookbook and found this wonderful version, Now even my neighbors are interested in coming over for breakfast. My favorite is the spinach -artichoke frittata- a most unusual combination for a breakfast egg dish. Bacon and egg breakfast ,begone!
